Per HOA Rules: No boats, trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No Golf Carts! No 2 or 3 wheel scooters, mo-peds or skateboards allowed. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. This condo is pet friendly for 1 dog no bigger than 20lbs. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking), provide up to date shot records and agree to the HOA Pet Policies (located in the Guest Portal HOA Rules) We do require a minimum stay during the year and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
