Perfect for couples or professionals. Apartment is clean, spacious, quite and unique. The guest accommodation is a large bedroom with TV, desk and sofa and a separate private bathroom. I am a live in host. I am available if you need any local information and can offer a continental breakfast on request. At the same time will always respect your privacy. I have a beautiful, very well behaved and clean cat. Guest accommodation is out of bounds to her. The space Accommodation offers a clean large double bedroom with a work station, sofa and TV plus a private bathroom including clean towels. The kitchen is shared and can be used for small meal preparation (microwave ect) however cooking only by prior arrangement. The area is quiet and the apartment faces away from the main road. Guest access Excellent and frequent bus links to Barking Rail station, Goodmayes rail station (25 mins to Liverpool street station) There are park and pay areas although not directly on the building grounds.
