The Summit Rainforest and Golf Resort is located in the Canal zone in Panama City. We are a rainforest resort with amenities such as an 18 hole championship golf course, 4 walking trails, butterfly farm, sloth rescue center, frog farm, 2 outdoor pools, and restaurants and bar. We offer free shuttles in scheduled hours to Albrook Mall, Altaplaza Mall, Miraflores Center and Summit Botanical Gardens. All of our rates include free breakfast buffet, free wifi and free parking. The space Our suites are 70m2 and are designed to feel like apartments. They include a kitchenette, dining area, living room with a 42 inch flat screen tv (with cable) and a balcony that overlooks our golf course. They also include a bedroom with a balcony, 42 inch flat screen tv (with cable) , bathroom with jacuzzi, shower and his & hers sinks. Metro Bus transportation is located in Albrook Mall, which is only a 10 minute drive away. You will encounter our country's most exotic wildlife, as we are located in between 2 national parks (Metropolitan and Soberania National Parks). And over 900 different bird species migrate through our area on a yearly basis. We are 5 minutes from the Panama Canal. We recommend taking the Centenario or Avenida Omar Torrijos Route, depending on where you would like to go. Waze app is often used to decide which route is better, depending on the time of day.
