In the heart of Corrèze, just 2 minutes from Brive, Le Perchoir is a family project: our grandfather's old house, transformed by our mother Dany to make it a second home capable of accommodating both vacationers and teleworkers. Relax, breathe the fresh air of Corrèze, enjoy the calm of provincial life and all the treasures the region has to offer! The space This 135 m2 house, completely renovated in 2021, will seduce you with the quality of its services: large living-dining room with equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), 4 bedrooms with new bedding (1 double bed of 180, 2 double beds of 160, 2 bunk beds of 90), 2 walk-in showers, 1 bathtub, 3 toilets, 1 covered terrace, 1 outdoor slate terrace under the shade of the wisteria with adjoining traditional brick barbecue. You will have full enjoyment of the upper level of the house, which you will access by an external staircase (note: no disabled access!). Thus perched in your nest, you can enjoy all the spaces of the house on the same level (including the terraces). The ground floor houses the offices of Dany, our mother, who works there as an architect. Possibility of teleworking with an individual office with all the comforts (during the day during the week). Possibility of shared rental (11 a.m. - 6 p.m.) of the swimming pool adjacent to the property. (Price on request depending on the period and the number of people) Guest access Vehicle highly recommended to enjoy the area! Parking is available on the property (fenced) in front of the house. Other things to note During your stay, you will be neighbors with Dany and her husband Jean-Luc, whose house is behind the perch, on the same property. They will be available to inform you and help you if needed. Magnum, the dog of the property, will surely come to "greet" you. He is an extremely nice dog, but quite large, so we advise against staying at the perch if you have a dog phobia. Children will also have an outdoor space to play, but will have to respect the boundaries of Dany and Jean-Luc's garden to avoid any inconvenience. The Malemort festival (5 min) or even the Brive festival can be reached on foot (15 min).
