This cozy accommodation comfortably sleeps up to seven guests and is spacious and well-equipped for a relaxing mountain vacation. Step into a spacious living area that combines a cozy sitting area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen — ideal for preparing delicious meals after a day of adventure. On the first level, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. On the mezzanine above the living room, there is another double bed and three single beds, perfect for families or groups. The property features convenient amenities, such as a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a separate storage room for skis or bikes. In addition, there are various child-friendly facilities available: a baby bed, travel bed, children's books and toys, a high chair and an outdoor playground with playground equipment. Outside, the duplex apartment features a barbecue for cozy alfresco dining. Saint-Véran, known for its natural beauty, is a paradise for nature lovers. In the summer, you can explore the Queyras Regional Nature Park via hiking trails, spot wild animals and fish. In winter, you can enjoy the charm of this family-friendly ski resort, famous for its exceptional amount of sunshine. You can use a private parking space right next to the apartment. Pets are welcome with a surcharge of thirty euros. Please note that the beds are not made upon arrival. Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
