Chichester Train Station: 20- minute drive London: Trains from London Victoria to Chichester run every 30 minutes and take approximately 1.5 hours. Guest access There is parking for one car outside the cottage, and another car can be parked on the lane. The cottage is all on one level. The nearby villages of Stoughton and Walderton both have lovely walks and pretty country pubs . Other things to note CLEANING/ LINEN The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the sofa bed so that we can arrange additional linen for your stay. We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in. PETS One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age). ~ Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. ~ Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture. ~ Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property. ~ Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house. ~ Please do not leave them alone in the property. YOUNG CHILDREN We have a travel cot and high chair available at the cottage. Please request this at the time of booking, and please note that we do not provide cot linen so request that you bring along your own.
