Small studio/duplex. Totally independent. On the heights of the old village of Grabels, absolute calm close to Montpellier (city center 8 km) Nature (scrubland, pine forests) is at the door of the studio for walking, running, mountain biking Historic center of Montpellier accessible: - by car (15 min.), - by tram (5 min. by car + 20 min. by tram), - by bike on a bike path. A VEHICLE IS ESSENTIAL TO ACCESS THE STUDIO. The space Our studio is simple but well equipped for two adults and possibly a child (under 1 year or over 3 years). Accommodation composition - living room with sofa (not convertible into a bed), coffee table, bookcase, desk. - dining area with table and two chairs. - kitchen area: 4 electric hobs, refrigerator, combined oven/microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, utensils, dishes. - double bed (140) on mezzanine (height 1.30 m-0.70 m) illuminated by a velux, accessible by a miller's ladder, fan. - bathroom with glass shower cabin, wooden floor, sink, toilet, towel dryer, large cupboards. - garden terrace with table, chairs, relaxing seats, charcoal barbecue. - Free Wi-Fi or cable internet - It is possible to park your car for free in front of the house on the street (low traffic: dead end) NO TV, washing machine, dishwasher BED LINEN AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. In the event of arrival by train or plane, we can provide it upon request made at the time of booking for an additional €15/week for two guests (one bath towel per person and 1 pair of sheets) Guest access Our guests have access to a private terrace where they can eat their meals (table and chairs), cook on the barbecue (charcoal) or rest (relaxing garden chairs). Only the song of cicadas will disturb the silence. Other things to note Quality environment (view, quiet, close to nature, a few minutes from the city center). Walking or cycling in the garrigue and pine forests directly from the studio. Between city, villages and landscapes of the hinterland... and the beaches are only 21 km away.
