Peaceful, Quiet Setting, Magnificent Lake & Incredible Mountain Views 2 generous Bedrooms with Ensuites, master with spa bath and private lake side balcony. Downstairs a spacious Lounge with super comfortable twin bed couch set, (can be two singles or another large bed). Full kitchen and dining area with Patio, (BBQ), above the famous Frankton track, on the Lake's edge 2nd room king bed can be split (2 singles) by prior arrangement or longer stays Self-contained studio next door also 4 rent The space 4.2 kms to the centre of town, 8-9 minutes by car, or you can walk/bike the famous Frankton Walkway Lakeside all the way into town, only seconds from the apartment, & there is a bus stop at the road side entrance :) We have a 1999 Toyota 3 door, 4 seater RAV-4, SUV all wheel drive (4X4) with roof racks, we can rent with the property, (please check availability). It is an automatic and easy to drive. If you are over 25, have a current drivers license, (ie. you drive on the left hand side of the road in your home country), you can hire it for the day/nights of your stay for just $59.00 per day, (a run through the carwash, and topping it back up to full before you leave it parked back at the apartment when you leave on your last day. It is a NZ$25-$35 Taxi to and from the Airport. You do need to pay a deposit of NZ$500, as this is our insurance excess for any accidents, it it full commercial comprehensive insurance, (but unlike a car rental company), you get this back after your stay... if you are happy with this, the car can be booked at this time, and you are welcome to use it during your stay :) You are also welcome to take the car if you are under 25, but the bond then increases to our insurance excess of $1000. SEE MY FEEDBACK AS A RENTER FOR ASSURANCE WHEN MAKING A DEPOSIT :) We also have four mountain bikes which live on site, which we rent out between several apartments, $20 each per day, (or we can discount for a longer stays/use ), again please enquire as to availability during your stay.
