The SilverBull is located on the Black Bull Golf Course, Silverwoods Estate, Yarrawonga. Walk to The Sebel Hotel! Bookings are NOW open for Summer 2025/2026. Please note, the State Government's 7.5% Short Stay Levy has taken effect. The space This house is perfect for families, couples, golf groups - all spacious 5 bedrooms offer king beds and they can all split to make 10 individual beds!! There is so much to do in this region, food and wine, waterfront walks, festivals, sunshine, water sports, lake tours, golf - just ask us! And the beautiful Sebel Hotel precinct is just a short walk away. The house: The 'Silver Bull' is a purpose built luxury property with accessibilities features. So much thought has gone into the planning of the design and the inclusions and features for the enjoyment and comfort of all guests. Offering 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (plus a powder room), a small pool & spa, an alfresco bbq area, with indoor/outdoor room and beautiful open social spaces - this truly is a wow factor house! The price advertised is for 8 guests, but you may host up to 10 (additional prices apply). The Location: - walk to the Sebel Hotel, Stock and Barrel Bar, the Pro Shop. - walk along the waterfront boardwalk to Chinamen's Island. - enjoy kids playgrounds, bike paths, and exercise stations. - short drive to Mulwala, Bundalong and Rutherglen wine region. Property Features: • Double garage for 2 cars & visitor parking onsite • Large aboveground swim spa pool • Kids corner with activities and endless supply of pencils and crayons • Plasma TV in the lounge, Netflix and dvd player • Unlimited wi-fi • Fully equipped kitchen, double oven, gas cook top, microwave, 2 dishwasher • Drawers, and every kitchen gadget you could think of! • Spacious laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer and doggy door • For the kids, 2 x port-a-cots and one trundle bed are available upon request We are also pet friendly, and provide a doggy bed, bowls and laundry doggy door. Accessibility: The property is compliant for guests with accessibility requirements but is equally comfortable and enjoyed by guests who do not require accessibility features. “Words cannot describe how beautiful and thoughtful this home is…..” was the comment from a recent visitor. For holiday makers who use a wheelchair or a walking frame, the house has been designed with an Occupational Therapist, so every detail has been thought of, to ensure you have the best time possible with family and friends. For the guest with accessibility requirements, the house has on offer; Priority electricity supply Indoor birdie sling hoist Wymo pool sling hoist Electric bed Shower chairs Toilet commodes Wheelchairs Adjustable table and bed support bars Bed risers and bed pads Any other specific requirements can be hired from Eden Health in Albury, and will be delivered to the property prior to your stay. If you don’t have room to pack your golf clubs, don’t worry we have that covered too! There are 2 sets of golf clubs available for your use. This property is truly amazing and so much thought has gone into the planning of the design and the inclusions and features for the enjoyment and comfort of guests. But if you are not convinced just how comfortable your stay will be just by looking at the photos, please send us a message and one of our holiday experts will be more than happy to assist you to perhaps view the property in person and provide you with all the local knowledge you will need. Bedding configurations: • Guest Bedroom 1: King bed (or 2 x long singles) with compliant ensuite bathroom • Guest Bedroom 2: King bed (or 2 x long singles) and access to main compliant bathroom • Guest Bedroom 3: King bed (or 2 x long singles) and access to main compliant bathroom • Guests Bedroom 4: 2 x long single beds (including the electric bed) • Guests Bedroom 5: King bed (or 2 x long singles) and ensuite bathroom Please note: We will configure beds to best suit the needs of the booking, however last minute bookings, the normal set is 4 x king beds, and 2 single beds in bedroom 4. Things to do: There is so much on offer in this region – take a cruise on the lake on the beautiful restored paddle steamer, the PS Cumberoona, visit the Rutherglen wine region, take the farm gate trial to taste and purchase fresh country produce or take a drive on the Silo Art trail. But if you choose just to stay at the home, you have games, books, magazines and Netflix to help you unwind and relax. Property Managers: The SilverBull is professionally managed by Karen Mitchell and the team at Waterfront Holiday Houses. A local business, the staff can assist with any questions you may have and can help in the planning of your weekend. A refundable security deposit of 1000 is required to be paid 14 days prior to the booking to Waterfront Holiday Houses The property address and key collection details are provided when the security deposit is paid. Age restriction: Only book if you are over 28 years of age. Please contact us directly if you are under 28 Years old. Guest access You will receive an email 24 hours before your arrival with information on your key location and check in instructions. Other things to note Booking Terms and Conditions: Photo ID with residential address is required within 24hrs of making a booking. (1) Standard Booking Cancellation Policy: Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions. Variations in terms are reflective of noise restrictions, swimming pools, pets and on-site parking. Booking Cancellation Policy: Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property. Cancellation of the booking by the client, deposits are non refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period for equal value. If the property is re-let, the guest may have a credit for future bookings, or request a refund. If a refund is requested, then a $150 administration fee will apply. Please note the 2% merchant fee and the 8% booking fee is non-refundable. The advertised nightly rack rate is the amount refunded. Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, or a booking with less than 28 days notice, then a $250 refund administration fee will apply. (2) Covid and cancelations: Please note, Covid cancellations will require medical evidence submitted for the cancellation request to be approved. If you have a booking and you contract covid the option available to you will depend on the following (a) the date of the booking (b) the number of guests in the original booking, and (c) the availability for re-booking within a 3 month period (d) the owner of the property. If a booking cancellation request is approved, guests will be required to pay for the clean and any linen used to set the beds. Credit notes: You will be issued with a credit voucher for the full value paid on your existing booking. This credit will be valid for12 months at the original property booked or an alternative property if that property is no longer available. Transferring a booking to new dates: Check availability on our website for future dates and we will make the alteration for you. If your preferred dates are not available, we will contact the owner to confirm if we can release the booking to an alternative property. Please note: Bookings made with a credit voucher, or a transferred booking, the standard cancellation policy applies should you decide to cancel after the booking has been made. Please note: Refunds will not be offered for peak periods (Melbourne Cup, Christmas, NYE, January, Australia Day, Labour Day long weekend, Easter, June Long weekend, AFL Grand Final weekend) (3) Please note: For bookings placed via 3rd party websites. Our Host cancellation policy on these websites is simple. The advertised nightly rack rate will be refunded, less the $110 cancellation processing fee. Service fees, booking fees and merchant processing fees are non-refundable. Bookings made via 3rd party websites and agents (including but not limited to Airbnb, Home away, booking, Trip Adviser and Expedia) these fees are approx. 23% This is 23% of the booking tariff (ie if you booking tariff was $1000, the booking fees and commissions fee will be $230) Guest funds, will be returned via bank transfer within 7 days of receiving this payment from the 3rd party platform. Please note: Guest funds from bookings made via 3rd party booking sites will not be returned prior to booking dates in any circumstance. How to cancel: For bookings made via AirBnB, Booking and Trip Advisor, you will need to request to cancel via your account with the respective website. Please do not select ‘request’ money via the Airbnb platform, as it will be declined. We, the Property Managers receive payment from AirBnB after the planned check-in date of the booking. How to postpone/change a booking. You will need to request to amend your booking via your account with the respective website. Waterfront Holiday Houses will then be contacted by the 3rd party website and will accept that request. On 3rd party websites, changes to bookings cannot be made on the day of check-in. How to Contact us: Please make contact via email We have a cancellation system in place and need to prioritise these requests in order of date of arrival. We thank you in advance for your patience. Waterfront Holiday Houses are Managing Agents and the office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. Email and phone requests to change bookings will be responded to during these hours of operation only. Please note, in the event where the security bond was paid in advance, this will be returned within 7 days without an administration fee.
