Stylish house in the heart of Breda city

Recently renovated (July '20), selfcontained little house right in the city center of Breda. The house has airconditioning and a spacious roof terrace with lighting, sunscreen and heat lamp. The apartment is equipped with fast WIFI (250 mbit/s), 2 flat-screen TV's (Netflix included), a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the house has a separate bedroom and bathroom and there is a washing machine. The inner harbor with all its terraces, bars, restaurants and shops are nearby (100m). On the ground floor there’s a bedroom with boxspring double bed (can be separated), SmartTV (Netflix subscription included), washing machine, bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there’s a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, combi oven-microwave, refrigerator with freezer and a 4-burner induction hob. Also an airconditioner (split-unit), dining table with 4 chairs, a cosy living with a couch and 50” SmartTV (Netflix subscription included) and a loft (folding Vlizo) ladder to your private roof terrace is on the first floor. The roofterras is provided with furniture (6 chairs and 2 tables), a patio heater, nebulizer (for n the summer), electric sunscreen and the terras can be lit at night. The house has fast WiFi (250mbit). In connection with the location please take the neighborhoods into account and for protection there is a security camera outside the house. Guest access The house is completely yours. Other things to note Keep in mind please that there is only toilet paper (2 rolls), soap, coffee and thee for the first night. After that you can buy all these things at the supermarket across the straat (200 meters from the apartment). You stay in the city center of Breda, in connection with the location please take the neighborhoods into account. Carparking is free at night. Central Station is about 15 minute walk (1,1 km). No dogs are allowed.
