The space Completely renovated, this fourth floor penthouse apartment with a lift, features one bathroom, one bedroom and an open kitchen, dining and living room area. Large bay windows open on to a terrace that overlooks the pretty Thiou River. Its 4 star comfort will offer you relaxation and peacefulness right in Annecy’s downtown district. The Living, Dining and Kitchen area is very bright and sunny. Large bay windows open on to the terrace. With a special polished cement floor, this open area concept is well equipped : flat screen LCD TV with international channels, JBL OnBeat Venue LT speaker dock with Bluetooth, Freebox Wi-Fi, Blu Ray, a large dining table for 6 persons with wrought iron chairs, a telephone for receiving calls, … A convertible sofa (Rapido Prestige Queen size) allows for extra sleeping (2 adult or 2 children) at an extra cost. The bedroom with its’ Queen bed has a lot of storage and gives on to the terrace. The bathroom “very design” is next to it and features a Rain Forest Shower, a hair dryer and a towel rack dryer. The WC (toilet) is separate and closer to the living room. The apartment is fully furnished with brand new appliances: dishwasher, coffee makers (traditional and Italian), washing machine, micro-wave oven, induction stove, traditional oven, blender/mixer, slow cooker, fridge with freezer unit, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils Raclette & Pierrade appliances, safe, ... Linen and towels are provided as well as certain cleaning products. The large 50 sq. meter terrace encompasses the apartment and overlooks the Thiou River and its’ majestic trees. This huge terrace has a secluded dining area with a beautifully tiled ceramic table, wrought iron chairs and nice shading. You can also sit in the lounging chairs and enjoy the panoramic view or sunbath. Guest access The guests have access to the entier apartment with all its amenities. Nothing will have to be shared. There is only a second bedroom/office which is off limits and not shared. Children under 2 years of age : 10€/ night and per child. A crib will be supplied. Children over 2 years of age and adults : 20€ / night et per person for use of extra sleeping sofa.
