Please note the following: Check-In/Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. Furnishings: Décor or furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but the quality and cozy vibes remain the same. Extra Bedding: A Pack ’n Play or one air mattress is available on request. A second air mattress can be requested via the guest app for a fee of $35/night. Shared Amenities: The pool, gym, and other shared facilities are available for your use but may occasionally close for maintenance without prior notice. Pre-Arrival: You will receive a quick pre-check-in form after booking, along with your check-in instructions and a house manual. Security & Screening: For the safety of our community, stays over 5 nights require a basic criminal background check. A refundable $200 security hold is placed on your card before arrival and is automatically released within 3 days of checkout, provided there are no issues. Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) not permitted unless actively loading/unloading Off-street parking: 1 space included; additional parking may be requested Balcony Door Lock: To properly lock the balcony door, close it completely, then lift the handle upwards while turning the lock knob. You will hear a “click” once it is fully locked. The lock will not engage unless you are lifting the handle as you turn the knob.
