The space The house is located in a rural environment, surrounded by nature, on the slope of the Caldeira and with a magnificent view of the sea and the islands of Pico, São Jorge and Faial. Guest access Each dwelling has a living room, dining room, bathrooms and private bedrooms. Other things to note The conditions of use of the electrical equipment available in the dwelling, such as the refrigerator, washer/dryer, toaster, microwave, television, electric oven, electric stove, and electric kettle, whenever used, will require care and cleaning during and after their use during the stay at the complex. The instructions for the use of the same household appliances and their technical characteristics will be left in a visible place. Garbage collection and disposal: they will be placed outside the housing in the waste bins with separation for environmentally friendly recycling. If users need additional bed linen or bath changes, they will need to contact the owner. The attics in this house are exclusively intended for storage, and guests are not allowed to use them. Pets are not allowed inside the house, with the exception of a guide dog. No smoking is allowed inside the dwelling.
