Casuarina Bay is an exceptionally beautiful eco-friendly hideaway on the island of Eleuthera. The Beachfront house is a multi-story 3-bedroom house with 1000 sq foot deck on 3 sides and spectacular views to the ocean and westward to the incredible Caribbean sunsets. 
Our beachfront house afford spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from every room, amidst a picturesque grove of coconut palms, colorful hibiscus, fragrant frangipani flowers, sea grape and Casuarina trees. The space We provide ocean kayaks and stand-up paddleboards.



This beautiful house is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends looking to relax and enjoy the spectacular beauty of this magical island. 
 This handcrafted cedar house sleeps 6, with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen (1 with A/C), 2 twins that can be converted to a king (also with A/C), 2 bathrooms, living and dining room, kitchen and decks on 3 sides plus a private balcony on the second floor overlooking the ocean. The Beachfront House at Casuarina bay was designed and built to savor the incredible natural unspoiled beauty of Eleuthera. 



It is only 50 feet from its own beautiful sandy beach, so wherever you are in the house you have breathtaking views in all directions. 



To the east, you see the turquoise ocean and glistening beach. Looking to the west your eyes rest on untouched green hills and colorful Caribbean sunsets. At night the brilliance of the stars and moon are unforgettable. 



The house is built on a 14-acre estate stretching across to the ocean on the other side of the island. The property is filled with lush plants and fragrant tropical flowers. You can relax on our many decks, private beach or in the thatched cabana, where there is a freshwater shower. There is a brand new outdoor dining area with partial shade on the western deck facing the sunset. New BBQ on the deck and outdoor kitchen- completed in 2020.



 The house has a fully equipped indoor kitchen including a dishwasher, stove, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc. There is a phone, and free wireless Internet and we provide both bath and beach towels. 



There are 2 additional apartment2 (sleeps 2-4 guests) underneath the decks on the ground level of the Beachfront house. These spaces can be rented along with the beachfront house to add a 4th and 5th bedroom, 1-2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces. All combined the house can sleep 10 guests. Alternatively, these spaces may be rented to other guests. This apartment has it's own private entrance and does not share deck space with the Beachfront house so both are private from each other and have individual cabanas. Other things to note Laundry room, kayaks and paddleboards are shared. The entire house is not air-conditioned but 1 of the bedrooms (the one on the main level) does have A/C.
