Nice apartment close to the sea

The space The apartment is in an old building but with a modern interior and a balcony in a western position. The kitchen and bathroom are renovated in 2010. We offer 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. In the TV-room there is a comfortable sofa-bed (140 x 200) which fits two persons. Two additional mattresses can be placed on the floor in any of the rooms. We recommend 4-6 persons staying in the apartment, but 8 persons is possible. Guest access The guests have access to the whole apartment, including wifi. Other things to note The accommodation is rented excluding sheets, towels and cleaning. However, these services can be purchased in connection with booking. We have subscribed to a concierge service who will welcome you upon your arrival and will remain at your disposal for any questions and possible small housekeeping concerns. Your peace of mind and serenity are our priority, comfort also includes that. You have two options at your disposal: - The linen option: sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, towels bath towels, tea towels and beds made upon your arrival To specify to the concierge service they will send you the prices of this service, the contact details will be sent to you after reservation. - The cleaning option: in order to reduce traveler costs, particularly for short stays, cleaning fees are not imposed. A deposit of €70 will be requested upon handing over the keys by check or cash. When leaving: - if the cleaning has been correctly carried out, the deposit will be returned. - if the cleaning has not been carried out correctly or if you ultimately want the concierge to do it for you, the deposit will not be returned to you. Note: the cleaning service does not include washing dishes or removing trash, which must be carried out by you.
