Small but perfectly formed, a cosy and comfortable 2 bedroom end-terrace cottage accommodating up to 2 adults in a double room and up to 2 young children in small bunk beds. A one minute walk from the beautiful beach and amenities at East Runton - the perfect space to discover North Norfolk. It is superbly equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. There's an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area downstairs, and a double and a bunk bedroom upstairs alongside a family bathroom. The space Waverley Cottage is a small but perfectly formed cottage located in East Runton - in the heart of the North Norfolk coast. Downstairs is open plan with a comfortable living area with sofa, chair and a wood burner for those chilly evenings, making a great space for a get-away at any time of year. The kitchen has all the appliances and equipment you'll need - no matter how short or long your stay. There's also a separate dining area which seats up to four. Upstairs you'll find a double bedroom with comfortable double bed and lot's of storage space. There's also a small second bedroom with a narrow (75cm width) bunk beds. This room may be used for one or two children (in bunk beds) OR for one baby in a travel cot provided by us. You'll also find a full family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. The property is perfect for couples or those families with young children and is perfectly located to enjoy East Runton, nearby Cromer (which is just is twenty minute walk along the beach) and all that North Norfolk has to offer. Guest access Guests will have sole access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. Other things to note The single bedroom has a small bunk bed - suited for a young child/children only. It is 75cm width and the lower bunk has low head room. The stairs are a little steep - so probably not suited to those with mobility issues. Parking is easiest in the nearby (few minutes walk) beach road car park (to be paid for with a weekly ticket available), limited on street parking is also within a couple of minutes walk.
