Home has 4 bedrooms/5 beds including a den with sofa bed, 2.5 baths, 2 couches, washer/dryer, wi-fi and a foosball table. Your home away from home! There is a tiny house that sleeps 4 on the property. Inquire about renting both if you need additional space. The space Guests have shared that they love the greenery and quietness of the area. The close proximity to parks, shopping, restaurants and entertainment makes it a sought after property. The home is spacious and outfitted with numerous amenities. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom. A queen bed in the 1st room and a queen and double in the 2nd room. The den has a queen sleeper sofa. A tiny home is nestled behind this home and sleeps 4. If you have a large group and is interested in renting both properties, please inquire. The backyard and the driveway is shared. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home including 4 bedrooms/5 beds (including den with sofa bed), office, washer/dryer, living and dining rooms, kitchen and patio. There are 2 parking spaces. One space is for the big home and the other space is for the tiny home. Please only park in one of the spaces. Additional cars can park in front of the home. Please share the information below with all guests and remind them that the person who made the reservation is responsible for making sure that the home is taken care of and all rules are followed. 927 GOLDEN RULES - ALWAYS RESPECT THE PROPERTY AND NEIGHBORS! - NO SMOKING! Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house…vape pens, cigars, cigarettes, blunts, pipes, etc. There are smoking areas outside on the porches. Fine for smoking is $500. - NO PARTIES! The max number of guests sleeping at the home is 9. The max number of guests and visitors is 11. Fine for having a party is $500. - NO PETS! Absolutely NO PETS! Fine for having a pet is $500. - ONLY ONE CAR ALLOWED IN DRIVEWAY! The occupants of this house is entitled to ONE car in the driveway. All other cars are free to park on the street. The other space is for the occupants of the tiny house. Please be respectful of all guests. Below are a few things to keep in mind. - All garbage must be in garbage bags!! Only (2) bags of trash for every (5) days stay is allowed. The fine for excessive trash is $75. - Please do not park on the grass. Do not block the driveway. - Please do not arm the alarm system. The alarm panel is located in the sitting room on the wall. There is a $250 fee for false alarms. There is no reason for anyone to bother the panel. - The stovetop on the Samsung stove is ceramic. Please immediately clean and remove any spills or burn-on grime to prevent staining of the cooktop. Do not use anything abrasive to remove the grime. Use ONLY the magic eraser and the ceramic cook top cleaner located in the cabinet beside the refrigerator. An excessive cleaning charge of $250 will be assessed if the cooktop is not properly cared for and cleaned. - Feel free to look through the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. You will find food, snacks, breakfast items, etc. Please make yourself at home. - There is a charcoal grill available for your use. You will need to provide charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill. Please remove used charcoal from the grill and place in the outside garbage bins after the charcoal is no longer hot. All garbage must be in garbage bags. - Please do not feed the neighborhood cats. They are very friendly. - I have left a complimentary pack of wood for fireplace. Additional packs are available for $15 each and can be found in the garage. Please let me know if you want to purchase the additional packs. Please make sure that the flue is open. The handle should be pulled toward the front of the fireplace to open the flue. Please close the flue after the fire is fully distinguished and no heat is present. If you do not know how to properly and safely start and extinguish a fire, please DO NOT operate the fire place. - Keeping the primary bedroom closet door closed will keep the room cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. - Towels and face cloths are supplied complimentary for your use during your stay. Please do not remove the towels and face cloths from the home. There is a $15 fee/towel and $6 fee/face cloth for missing towels and face cloths. - Wifi password: 42c+48fjv3vd, Network name: ATT6hCY7Wk - The home uses a Nest Self Learning Thermostat to control the temperature of the home. The thermostat is located on the wall as you enter the home. Feel free to contact me if you have questions. To select and adjust the unit, turn the outer ring. Select the wave symbol then press the face of the unit. Select the cool or heat option then press the face of the unit. Select the desired temperature then press the face of the unit to set CHECKOUT DIRECTIONS I truly hope that you enjoyed your stay and will keep this property mind the next time that you are in the area. Checkout is 10am. The house must be evacuated by 10am to avoid a late checkout fee of $50. The late fee will be assessed after 10:30am with an additional $50 for every 30 minutes afterwards. The cleaners will need to start cleaning the home as soon as it is evacuated so that it is prepared for the next guest. - Please place all remotes on the nightstands and mantlepiece. - Please remove all trash to the outside garbage bins. One bin is for trash including glass and the other is for recyclables including paper, plastic, aluminum, etc. Pease do not put glass in the recycle bin. No more than (2) bags of trash is allowed for every 5 days. Excessive trash has a fine of $75. - Please remove all ashes from the fireplace and grill after extinguishing the fire. Please ashes in trash bin. - Please place dishes in the dish washer and start the cycle. You can leave the dishes in the dish washer. Please do not put wet or dirty dishes in the cabinets. Please do not over stack the dish washer. There is an excessive cleaning charge of $50 for placing dirty dishes in the cabinets. - Excessive cleaning in general carries a fine of $50 and up. Please take care of the home and respect the neighbors. - Please turn off all lights, ceiling fans and AC/heat. Below are a few things to do near the home. - Ride bicycles to the park. There are (2) parks within walking/riding distance - Walk the trail at Mountain Park Park - Get ice cream from Bruster’s - Be adventurous and walk to the creek behind the house. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes as this is a densely wooded area - Walk up Stone Mountain then take cable car down. You will return on the opposite side of the park. Check to make sure that the cable car is in operation. There is a $20 entrance fee - Go thrifting. Lilburn coop across from Bruster’s, Antique store at Five Forks and Killian Hill, Goodwill Store and Donation Center on East Park Place Blvd. (Goodwill on Rockbridge Rd and Five Forks Trickum is donation only), Thrift store on Highway 29/Lawrenceville Hwy and Rockbridge Road across from Publix - Go to Lilburn Park and have dinner and drinks at Agavero. You will see the double decker bus as you cross the railroad tracks - Play tennis at Mountain Park. Tennis racquets are located on the bookshelf in the office. - There are several games, books and other activities located on the bookshelf in the office. Below are a few points of interest that are in close proximity to the home. Schedules and available services may vary due to Covid-19.
