Just 1 hour from Paris, Domaine Champlion welcomes your group stays on a characterful 3-hectare property surrounded by nature. With its turrets, large, cozy living rooms, fireplace, and 8 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms, the estate is ideal for high-end residential seminars, wellness retreats, weekends with friends, or family reunions. Enjoy a quiet and inspiring setting to meet, work, celebrate, or simply unwind. The space The house is a large old 8 bedroom, 7 bathroom charming house. Several rooms are suitable for moments of conviviality: - The kitchen with a 6/8 seater table is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, filter coffee maker and bean coffee maker, freezer). - The 10 seater dining room, lit by two beautiful windows and full of charm. (You can add an 8-person side table) - The large living room with an insert with two sofas and armchairs to get cozy by the fire. - The winter lounge with a table seating 6 seats and possibility to add another one. - 2 side tables of 6 cutlery are available on the ground floor and can be set up outside or in the cathedral lounge. Sheets are included. - In the garden you have two large garden tables as well as chairs and benches to be able to have lunch outside. The estate offers a real chance to unplug in the heart of nature, while still having a high-speed fiber connection and Wi-Fi throughout the house. The estate is particularly well suited for convivial stays, seminars, retreats, and family reunions that respect the place. We may ask you to register with the necessary local organizations the identity card of the tenants and for security deposit a deposit check that will be given to you at the end On the activities side: you can find all the activities in the area in our guide. In the house we have about thirty board games including Carcassone, Rail Adventurers, Codenames, Concept, Dixit, 7 wonders, Top ten, Patchwork, Just one, Unlock, Hanabi... In the garden there are also two swings, a hammock seat. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except the basement.
