Large charming house surrounded by its turrets in a large 3-hectare country property. Ideal for a weekend with friends, with or without children. All the equipment needed for a successful weekend: barbecue, foosball, ping pong table, baby beds, children's games. Linens included. Extra towels. Petanque court The space The house is a large old charming house with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Several rooms are suitable for moments of conviviality: - The kitchen with a 6/8-seater table is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, filter coffee maker and coffee maker, freezer). - The 10-seat dining room, illuminated by two beautiful windows and full of charm. (You can add a side table for 8 people) - The large living room with an insert with two sofas and armchairs to get cozy by the fire. - The winter living room with a table that can seat 6 people and the possibility of adding another. - 2 side tables for 6 people are available on the ground floor and can be installed outside or in the cathedral living room. Sheets are included. - In the garden you have two large garden tables as well as chairs and benches to be able to have lunch outside. In winter we do not recommend renting the house for more than 18 people. The living rooms are not suitable and you would be cramped. In the house, we do not get very good reception, but we can call via Wi-Fi since the house has a good FIBER connection. The house being a family home, it is not suitable for large parties. We may ask you for registration with the necessary local organizations, the identity card of the tenants and for a security deposit, a deposit check which will be given to you at the end Activities: you will find all the activities in the area in our guide. In the house we have about thirty board games including Carcassone, Les aventuriers du rail, Codenames, Concept, Dixit, 7 wonders, Top ten, Patchwork, Just one, Unlock, Hanabi... In the garden there are also two swings, a hammock seat. We have set check-in and check-out times by default but feel free to ask us, we are flexible :) In winter, the house is heated by central oil heating, electric auxiliary radiators, an insert with firewood available. The bedrooms and living room are well heated but the corridors are more around 18. It's an old house and a spider web can always slip in! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except the basement.
