This modern mid-century ranch-style retreat is filled with amenities for a perfect Lake Michigan getaway, whether you're looking to just relax or explore nearby beaches, dunes, and hiking trails. Ideal for families, this smart home accommodates up to 9 guests and features a spacious fenced yard with a large patio, complete with a 6-person hot tub (available year-round), fire pit, and natural gas grill. The space The open-plan kitchen at Sandhill Flat is fully equipped for cooking any meal. It includes a gas double oven with four burners, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with auto ice-maker, and island seating for four. Coffee enthusiasts will enjoy both a Nespresso machine and Keurig coffee maker, with complimentary capsules and k-cups. All essential cookware, bakeware, glassware, dinnerware, and utensils are provided, along with kids' dishes and other basic kitchen supplies. Adjacent to the kitchen, the cozy living area has a 65” Smart TV with Xfinity cable, Roku, and more, plus a sofa with a queen pullout bed and two recliners. The family room, also next to the kitchen, includes a banquette-style sofa, extendable dining table for 6-8 guests, a 60” Smart TV, and sliding doors to the yard. Additional folding chairs are available, and the sofa converts to a king-size pullout bed. The home’s three bedrooms offer plenty of space and privacy. There are two queen bedrooms and a bunk room with a twin XL over a queen bed. Each bedroom includes a wall-mounted Smart TV, USB-charging nightstands, sleep machines, fans, and closet space. A full bathroom with a tub, shower, and vanity, along with all linens, bath and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, is provided for your convenience. Laundry is a breeze with the ozone-infused washing machine—no detergent or fabric softener needed! Relax on the expansive patio with a hot tub, gas fire pit, grill, outdoor dining area, hammock, café lighting, seasonal heated shower, and adjacent large backyard surrounded by a 6-foot privacy fence, making it perfect for pets and children. Guest access We are a keyless property, you will be given a unique door code for access to the house. Due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, we are offering self check-in upon arrival.
