This is the perfect place for anyone coming to the Pierre/Fort Pierre area for a vacation or professional trip! The house is right off Highway 83, minutes from Pierre, the Missouri River, and downtown Fort Pierre! The small house is a one bedroom with all the amenities for a couple or family to stay. There is one private bedroom with a full bed as well as a pull out couch in the living room that fits two. There is a patio with chairs as well as off street parking for during the day! The living room is very spacious with a large flat screen TV, comfy sofa/pull out bed, and cute eating area with table and stools. To the left is the alley kitchen with all the cooking amenities you could need, full size fridge, coffee pot, oven/stove and microwave. At the end of the kitchen is a small bathroom with toilet and shower. Towels are housed above the toilet in a cabinet! There is no sink in bathroom, kitchen sink duals for both. The right side cabinets in kitchen are used for bathroom amenities and a light up mirror. To the right of the living room is a private bedroom with full bed, nightstands, dresser and mirror. When leaving the house, there is a cute covered patio with chairs and string lights to enjoy the night! There is a small lockbox on the front of the house. Prior to check-in, we will send you the code to access the key! When you leave, just go ahead and lock it back in the box. We live very close to the house, if there is anything you need just let us know! My personal phone number is in the guest book for private messaging as well. The neighborhood is a good mix of commercial and residential properties. The feel of a small town is evident in the neighbors, but you can still enjoy the amenities in Fort Pierre and easy access to Pierre being close to the highway. You can park on the gravel driveway to the right of the house or on the road directly in front of the house. For city transportation, use River City Transit! The house is within walking distance of downtown Fort Pierre which has two restaurants and a couple bars. You are also working walking distance of views of the Missouri River, Bad River (great for boat access and fishing, and Lily Park! A great location to enjoy a small country town.
