It also offers a TV and French doors out to the patio. The bathroom is detailed with dark tile, a large pedestal sink, and a unique walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Soak away in the sunken hot tub on the patio. A BBQ grill offers an easy solution for dinner and a picnic table and bistro table for two offer alfresco dining space. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. This property is not equipped with air-conditioning. LOCATION Do some serious power shopping at the Tahoe Crescent V Shopping Center, only 12 minutes away on foot or 10 minutes by bus. Get a birds' eye view of the area on the Heavenly Mountain Resort gondola (2 minutes) and tear up the powder on the resort's slopes. In the summer months, biking and hiking allow you to see the beautiful mountain sights. For even more summer fun, Ski Run Marina (3 minutes) rents boats for water skiing and wakeboarding, or just cruising if you're feeling more low-key. Feeling lucky? THE FINE PRINT Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals and cannot be used for any parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 4 people and 2 cars , enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner).
