The house is secured from the pool with a gate so it is safe for children Other things to note Air-condition as well as heating are included in the price. We do not charge extra and for this reason we kindly request that our guests to use wisely and switch the units off when not needed. Festive Season Offer! Hot Tub is included in our prices up to Jan 11, 2025. After that date a hot tub can be arranged for he price of euro 250/7 nights Private pool 8 x 4 meters with sunbeds and umbrellas. Our pool man takes care of the pool twice a week. The pool is open throughout the year but it is not heated therefore between December and April the water is too cold for swimming. Linen and towels as well as beach/pool towels are provided. Complimentary cleaning and change of linen & towels is provided mid way for 2 week stays. For shorter stays we can arrange cleaning service and linen change at an additional charge. A welcome pack is always included for stays of 7 nights+. We are happy to source specific items if we are advised by our guests in advance.
