Charming house located a few meters from the Romanesque bridge and main street of Esterri d'Àneu. It is located in the vicinity of the Aigüestortes National Park and the Alt Pirineu Natural Park. Being in the center of town has access on foot to all services. Ideal for families, couples, friends, adventurers, it offers snow, adventure and river sports, fishing, mushrooms, hiking, flora and fauna observation or simply enjoying the silence of the river and the mountains. The space The house is newly built, taking advantage of the stone from the stable that was there before to make the facade, and is distributed over 3 floors. - Floor 1: double room (two single beds) and bathroom with shower. - 2nd floor: living room and kitchen, with fireplace and a comfortable sofa - Floor 3: double room with sloping ceilings with a comfortable tatami and a 1.50 mattress and a full bathroom with shower. The house has 2 heating systems using aerothermal energy and pellets. It also has a fireplace in the living-dining room. Guest access The house is located in a spectacular area, next to the Aigüestortes National Park and the Alt Pirineu Natural Park, very close to the ski resorts of Baqueira Beret (entrance through the Port de la Bonaigua, 15 minutes away), Espot and Port Aine. In addition, located in the center of Esterri d'Àneu, it offers walking access to all services (health centre, pharmacy, swimming pool, eco-museum, grocery stores, restaurants, sports equipment and snow rental, etc).
