The space You will have a one-bedroom apartment with a double bed; a bathroom with a shower; a living room with a flat-screen TV, cable channels, and a sofa bed for one extra person; the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including an espresso machine and a dishwasher, so you can feel right at home. Other things to note In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of €200 for smoking will be applied. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost will be subject to consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses up to €150. Any excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant is obliged, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of our team to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose. We also offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon consultation).
