Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Additionally, you can enjoy the shared facilities of the "La Riva" apartment complex: • Heated indoor pool: 22°C, open from 07:00 to 21:00. Seasonally open from March 19 to December 31. (Note: Closed on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 to 12:00 for cleaning.) • Sauna area: Choose between the Finnish sauna (approx. 80-90°C) and infrared sauna (60°C). • Fitness and table tennis room. • Ski room: Includes space for ski boots and hot wax. • Laundry area: Equipped with coin-operated washing machines. • Underground parking space: A free parking spot reserved for you. • Elevator: For easy access to the apartment. • Solarium: Available for use at an additional charge.
