Come visit our home in the town center of the well-preserved Tuscan city of Pistoia, located on the train route between Florence and Pisa. This 2nd floor 97mq or 1,000 sqft condo built in 1892 is located on a square with park over a coffee/sandwich bar and minutes from Piazza del Duomo and Piazza Della Sala as well as Esselunga grocery. It has traditional Terra Cotta floors and wood-beam ceilings as well as fast internet and fully equipped kitchen and coffee corner. The space Located in medieval walls across the street from the city center. It is made up of 4 large rooms + private 1/2 bath and separate full bath, utility space with washer and dryer. Wide stairway. Dead bolt lock and chain from within. Both bedrooms lock, two sofa sleepers in rooms without doors. Lighting in stairwell, building accessible to residents only. Telecom to let in guests downstairs or speak is at entrance. Other things to note Parking is free on via Matteotti. Only one major appliance like the stove, microwave oven or washer/dryer can run at one time. Running the dishwasher and a shower will impact your consistently very hot water, otherwise no issues with pressure or heat. The shutters in the front will be replaced soon because the wood is weathered, be careful with the windows. Dryer is condensation and needs to be emptied every 2-3 loads.
