Conveniently located adjacent to Hicks Lodge Cycle Centre and few minutes drive to the historic market town of Ashby de la Zouch. A hot tub is available for an extra £120. The space Set in 76 acres of rural countryside and woodland with a 3 acre private fishing lake for exclusive use by our guests. The Spacious interior boasts a beautiful open plan living space with stunning lake views. Two en suite shower rooms, one en suite toilet & basin and a further downstairs shower room. All rooms are furnished to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The adjoining barns can also be booked simultaneously to accomodate larger parties. Lake View has panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and lake from the living area. It form the East side of the courtyard that has been converted in to 4 holiday lets. Outside there is the option to use your own private hot tub for an additional £120 per stay. This can be booked via the guest guide which you will receive 24hrs after your booking confirmation.
