They are changed out after every stay for safety reasons! You will have access to the garage as well. Parking is tight in Old Town, so having parking in garage as well as 1 space in driveway, you should be set. Other things to note Garbage must be bagged with bags provided and put in garbage can in Garbage room. Please be sure to not throw it down the stairs but actually place in the Garbage cans.
