The living room boasts a wall hung 75 inches Smart TV, and at the rear is a second living/den. Also features a kitchenette with a second full-sized fridge in the sixth bedroom, ideal for those seeking privacy from others. Plenty of areas to hang out, or have a picnic on the grounds overlooking the valley and the rolling hills. The property also has a fish pond with 25 live Koi and goldfish, so please keep dogs/pets away. Has an ancient Bunya nut and Fig tree to bask under while reading a book.
