Located on the second floor of an authentic building in Via del Proconsolo, this beautiful suite is in the heart of the historical center of Florence, steps away from the Duomo. It’s an open concept apartment with a quaint and spacious mezzanine which comfortably accommodates up to four guests. There is a queen size bed on the upper level and a large, comfy sofa bed in the living area below. The apartment also features a modern full kitchen and a huge brand new bathroom. The space This unique lofted apartment with beautiful wooden ceiling comfortably houses from two to four guests. The night zone consists of a cozy mezzanine featuring a queen size bed and a built-in closet for the guests to use. The spacious daytime area is furnished in an elegant yet cheeky way and features a large convertible sectional couch which can very comfortably sleep two. Facing the sofa is a 52-inch flat screen TV to chill in front of after an exciting day. You’ll feel comfortable regardless of the season, as the space is equipped with air conditioning and quality radiators to provide heat when it’s cold. The apartment has a high speed Wi-Fi connection. There is a modern and elegant kitchen featuring a dining table for four and conveniently equipped with the essential appliances such as: a mini fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, and various kitchen utensils (pans, plates, spoons, forks, knives...). There is also an electric kettle to make your tea and a Nespresso machine with a fair amount of pods provided by us so that you can enjoy your morning coffee just as you like it. The elegant, brand new bathroom has everything you need: a shower, a wash basin, a toilet and a bidet. There is an additional wash basin fitted outside the bathroom as well. A hairdryer is provided and the apartment is equipped with a washing machine. All the essentials are provided. This comprises: a set of clean hand and body towels, fresh linens for every guest, as well as toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and soap. The location of the apartment is amazing and couldn’t be more convenient. You are in the heart of Florence, immersed in the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere of the historic city center. The city’s best cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and galleries are all around you! And you are of course only steps away from Florence’s iconic landmarks such as the stunning Cathedral with its ever-famous Duomo and the recently renovated Baptistry. The imposing Palazzo Vecchio is also a stone’s throw away, as are the Uffizi gallery, the Santa Croce square, the picturesque Ponte Vecchio bridge and many, many more. Last but not least, it’s very easy to get to the main train station, Santa Maria Novella. It’s a fifteen-minute walk from your apartment and you can comfortably and cheaply travel to so many destinations! You won’t get lost with us, as we provide you with a custom map where all the important tourist attractions, supermarkets, as well as a selected number of recommended restaurants and bars are clearly indicated. The location of your apartment is also clearly marked and we have included some tips which will allow you to experience and enjoy the city like a local. Guest access The guests will have access to all parts of the apartment. They will not be sharing anything with anyone so they can enjoy their stay in complete privacy and relaxation. Other things to note A few important things: • It’s very important that you communicate your arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival date so we can manage to meet you at the apartment on time. • The check-in is available from 15:00 till 23:00. I will be myself available for check-in. After that time, between 23:00 and 1:00 am there will be an extra cost of 30,00 € for an external person to complete your check-in. • The check-out is anytime before 10:00 am. Just leave the key in the apartment and be sure you collect all your belongings before you close the main door. • Luggage storage before check-in: Free. starting from 12:30 am at the apartment. Only if accorded 24 hours prior. •Luggage storage on check-out day: 10,00 to 15,00 €* We offer you the possibility to leave your luggage in the apartment on the morning of the check-out (anytime before 10:00 am), in case you plan on leaving Florence later in the afternoon/evening. We will take care of moving your bags safely to our office where you will be able to collect them at a pre-arranged time. We charge: 10,00 € for a maximum of 2 pieces 15,00 € as a single payment for all your luggage (3 pieces or more) • A copy of the passport for non UE guests or ID for EU citizens will be requested at check in for registration. • It's strictly forbidden to smoke in this apartment. •It's not allowed to host external persons without authorization and registration. •It's absolutely forbidden by the Italian law to make noise or disturb the neighbors after 23:00 .
