Located directly on Lake Veere, where you can use a jetty for your boat (for a fee). Or rent a nice sloop or sailboat around the corner! The house has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a beautiful view over Lake Veere. Layout: Shared entrance with stairs or elevator to the upper floors. 3rd floor: entrance, cloakroom, 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. Separate toilet. Storage room with washer and dryer.  Living room with sitting area and sliding doors to balcony. Open kitchen with dining table and kitchen equipped with built-in refrigerator, oven, and stove. General: The apartment is suitable for 4 people. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, and drinking parties is prohibited. This property is not rented to groups of young people under the age of 23. Pets are allowed, max. 2 medium-sized dogs. There is an additional charge for this. Suitable for disabled people.
