The property is just a 10-minute walk from York Train Station and just meters from York's famous walls.. My home is beautifully finished and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Original Victorian windows let in plenty of light and overlook the medieval ramparts. It is very popular for long-term stays for those who wish to work from home. The space Located on the first floor of a newly renovated Victorian house, this stylish flat is perfect for couples, solo travellers, or business visitors seeking a comfortable and well-equipped stay. ✨ The Space ✨ Light grey carpets compliment the strong tropical blue colour scheme throughout my flat. The open plan living dining kitchen area is great for self catering or relaxing after a busy day in the city. There is a beautiful velvet sofa by British designer Matt Arquette and a flat screen TV with Freeview. The kitchen area runs along one side of the open-plan living space. It's compact yet fully functional, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an under-counter fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and hob. The bathroom is a standout feature of the flat, offering a newly fitted and uniquely designed space that flows beautifully throughout. It includes a freestanding bath, a powerful rainfall shower, and a stylish his-and-hers double sink unit set on an upcycled bike frame. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. NOISE: Please be considerate of people staying in the ground floor flat and keep noise to a minimum. LOCATION My flat is located on a one way system close to the city centre. Due to the central location, there are no parking facilities included. My flat shares a communal entrance with one other flat on the ground floor. RUBBISH/RECYCLING Please dispose of all rubbish/recycling in black bags and place in the small shed at the front of the property. INCLUDED IN THE STAY: For each stay we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest, a bath mat and a tea towel. We also provide a welcome pack to get guests starting including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sugar. A dishwasher tablet, washing capsule, sponge scourer, J-cloth, bin bags and toiletries including soap and body wash.
