On the ground floor, we are greeted by a bright entrance hall that takes us to the living room, which still extends to a fantastic terrace with barbecue, ideal for dining on the street, while enjoying the beautiful landscape over the gardens and the natural reserve and the quiet of the place. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped with new appliances, opens to this large living room (with sofa bed) and benefits from plenty of natural light, also having independent access from the front of the house. On this floor, only a few steps down there is a toilet and a extra shower. On the upper floor are the two beautiful bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and each with its own terrace. The views are from there unobstructed and very pleasant.
