The loft/office, the 2 bicycles, the telescope, and all equipment are exclusively for your own use. Other things to note Smoking Policy: To keep the atmosphere fresh, smoking is not permitted indoors. You are welcome to smoke freely on our terraces. Events & Parties: The villa is a place of peace and relaxation; therefore, it is not suitable for parties or events. Guest Hospitality: Please respect the number of guests specified in the booking. Overnight stays or use of the premises by external visitors are not allowed. Pets: Unfortunately, we are unable to host pets. Accessibility: Due to the unique architecture of the house (4 levels with internal stairs), the space is not suitable for people with mobility issues or wheelchairs. Child Care: For the safety of our little friends, we have installed special safety gates on the internal stairs. Safety & Hygiene: For your absolute peace of mind, we provide smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and outdoor security cameras, while professional pest control and disinfection are performed regularly.
