In the heart of the city, this bright and quiet apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building and makes it the perfect place to visit Bordeaux. The space We kindly ask you to respect the following rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any smell of tobacco upon checkout or other findings will result in an additional charge. The apartment is intended for a certain number of people. To ensure the safety rules of the building, you must not under any circumstances accommodate additional people under penalty of cancellation of your reservation. We assume no responsibility for items left in hallways and common areas, as well as for forgotten or lost items. We ask that you respect the premises, decor and layout of the apartment and it is forbidden to move the furniture during your stay. By booking, you agree to have liability insurance that can cover damage that may have happened during your stay, and you may be required to provide a valid insurance certificate. In the event of loss of keys or building or apartment entry badge, repair, door opening or damage related to this fact, you will be charged at the rate in effect. In an eco-responsible approach, we ask that you be vigilant about water and electricity consumption, and not to leave windows open if the heating is on and to moderate your use of air conditioning. Out of respect for the occupants of the building, be careful not to slam the doors or make noise at any time, and especially from 7pm to 9am. ALL PARTIES AND NOISE ARE PROHIBITED AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE. This policy applies to all bookings. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the current stay. Any stay purchased directly, or on a booking platform implies acceptance of these terms. Other things to note This apartment is only eligible for long term rentals for a minimum of 1 month (possibility of a mobility lease).
