Please call or email our office for monthly rates. *CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. A low-density complex located just over the west beach pass bridge in Gulf Shores on Little Lagoon with easy beach access just across the street. This 900 square foot unit is newly renovated and offers many upgrades. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, you have plenty of space for each member of your group to have some privacy but also spend some quality time together. The main living area offers more than maple seating which includes a sofa sleeper to accommodate additional overnight guests and 2 comfortable chairs. Access to your private balcony is provided from the living area and offers a great space for enjoying some relaxing time outdoors. The dining area features a table with bench style seating. This is a great space for enjoying a meal, a hand of cards or maybe a board game with the family. The brand-new kitchen offers stainless appliances and is fully stocked with all items needed for meal prepping during your stay. A half bathroom also accommodates a stack washer/dryer for use during your stay. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, and each have their own bathroom. Enjoy the large outdoor pool just steps away from the unit which provides chairs for enjoying a relaxing day in the sun. The complex provides a great pier on Little Lagoon where you can be entertained by watching the dolphins play or maybe some fishing or crabbing. Boat docks are also provided on a first come basis.
