Welcome to an idyllic location! Masía Marco Lux is an old 17th century cottage, located on the outskirts of the village of Llagostera, surrounded by flowering fields and only a 15 minute drive to the best coves and beaches of the Costa Brava. The farmhouse has been refurbished preserving its original structure, respecting and highlighting as much as possible its personality, combining history with comfort. The space With capacity for 14 people, a living room with open fireplace, library, garden with pool and barbecue, it is a magical place that invites you to rest and relaxation, family leisure and bespoke celebrations, where the charm of the old with the comfort of the new lives in perfect harmony. The interior of the farmhouse can accommodate up to 14 people, and is distributed in 7 bedrooms: 6 on the first floor, of which a romantic suite with a king size bed and bathtub with views in addition to toilet, and another double room with bathroom with ensuite tub, three double and one single, and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor you have 1 cozy double bedroom in a stone-walled room and two bathrooms with shower. On the ground floor it has two living rooms: one with large sofas and TV, and the other with the central open fireplace. They both have access to the outside. There is a dining area that connects to the kitchen and entrance. The stunning outdoor area has a swimming pool with hammocks, with landscaped area, different corners to read, relax, etc. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor dining area under a porch. The entire house has heating and Wi-Fi. Llagostera is a quiet village that offers the tranquility and beauty of a natural environment between the protected areas of Les Gavarres and the Massís de Cadiretes, in addition to being the gateway to the Costa Brava. Llagostera has a wide architectural heritage, listed in part as a Property of Cultural Interest, as in the case of the wall. Along the streets of the center we will also find buildings in the modernist, nineteenth century style, or the result of the economic splendor that arose from the cork industry of the 19th and 20th centuries, which form the so-called Architectural Route. Nearby is the Costa Brava, with its beautiful beaches and coves, which can be accessed with 15 minutes by car: Platja d'Aro, with its white sand beach and shops open 365 days a year, Sant Feliu de Guíxols, s’Agaró, Sant Antoni de Calonge, Palamós, etc. Registration Details HUTG-014565
