Description
Welcome to an idyllic location! Masía Marco Lux is an old country house from the 17th century, located on the outskirts of the village of Llagostera, surrounded by flowery fields and only 15 minutes by car from the best coves and beaches of the Costa Brava. The farmhouse has been renovated while preserving its original structure, respecting and enhancing its personality as much as possible, combining history with comfort. The space With a capacity for 14 people, a living room with an open fireplace, a library, a garden with a swimming pool and a barbecue, it is a magical place that invites rest and relaxation, family leisure and tailor-made celebrations, where the charm of the old coexists in perfect harmony with the comfort of the new. The interior of the farmhouse can accommodate up to 14 people, and is distributed in 7 bedrooms: 6 on the first floor, of which a romantic suite with a king size bed and bathtub with views in addition to a toilet, and another double room with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, three doubles and a single, and a bathroom with a shower. Downstairs there is 1 cozy double bedroom in a stone-walled room and two bathrooms with showers. On the ground floor there are two living rooms: one with large sofas and television, and another with the central open fireplace. Both have access to the outside. The impressive outdoor area has a swimming pool with hammocks, a garden area, different corners to read, relax, etc. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor dining room under a porch. The whole house has heating and wifi. Llagostera is a quiet village that offers the tranquility and beauty of a natural environment between the protected areas of Les Gavarres and the Massís de Cadiretes, as well as being the gateway to the Costa Brava. Llagostera has a large architectural heritage, listed in part as a Cultural Interest Asset, as in the case of the wall. Along the streets of the center we will also find buildings of modernist style, novecentista, or the result of the economic splendor that emerged from the cork industry of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, which make up the so-called Architectural Route.
