*UPDATE: MAMAD IN THE APARTMENT* This newly renovated apartment is located right in the heart of Tel Aviv in a quiet street, close to the sea and a few minutes away from Dizengoff square. It has large and comfortable bedrooms and an indoor balcony-- a great place to disconnect from your worries and enjoy your holidays in Tel Aviv! The space The apartment is 85 m2 and has 2 bedrooms. The living space is very bright and divided between a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. Living room equiped with a smart TV and furnished with a double sofa bed and a lounging chair. Dining area with a table which can accomodate up to 6 people. Fully equiped open plan kitchen with a bar and 2 high chairs. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, full height closet, en suite toilets and sink. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, clothes rack, desk. Full bathroom with walk in shower. INCLUDED AMENITIES - AC/heat unit in every area. - Bed linens and towels provided for each guest. - Washing machine and drying rack in the apartment. - Iron and board. - Hi speed Wifi. - Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. - Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap. EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT) - Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay. - Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay. - Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance. - Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay. - Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hour minimum. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay. Other things to note PASSPORT AND VAT - The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment. - Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price. - The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats. - Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT. - VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property. The payment may be processed through a third party platform. - I reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
