It is located right at the waterfront of Olhão, just minutes walking from the ferries to the Islands of Armona and Culatra. The space The lovely 1 bed, 2 bath apartment is located in the old town of Olhão, with the balcony overlooking a lively square and the waterfront literally around the corner. The house has double glazed windows all around that let in lots of light. Even though the apartment is located in a traditional building, the owners have completely renovated it, creating a modern and bright space that is tastefully decorated. The apartment is completely private and you have access to 1 bedroom with large double bed, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), a small lounge and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances. The bedroom is equipped with A/C, other rooms can be sufficiently aired and room fans are available. Other things to note ➤ Check-in time: 16:00-21:00 - Late arrivals must be explicitly confirmed before booking! ➤ Check-out time: before 10am ➤ In this accommodation, we welcome one responsible couple of 25+ and never more than 2 guests, including children. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for infants/toddlers. ➤ Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor, without elevator. Other apartments in the building are occupied by long term residents, please respect them, no noise - especially not at night. SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known short as, SEF).
