Heat, hot water, appliances (fridge/freezer, gas cooker, coffee maker, kettle and microwave oven), dishes and utensils, bedding and towels are included. Other things to note Security deposit is required and payable uppon arrival in the amount of €50 (cash only) Security deposit will be refunded on the day of departure and after an inspection of the apartment if no damages have been done to the unit.
