Upstairs you will find the main fully equipped kitchen, with the must-haves for any quality holiday – a dishwasher and coffee machine! The living area boasts a piano for those who are musically gifted, while there are also three bedrooms upstairs – one with a queen bed, one with two singles and one with one single. There is also an upstairs bathroom with a shower and separate bath. Downstairs you will find a master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, as well as a garage/games room. Next to the downstairs living area (separated by a curtain) is another sleeping area with 3 single beds. There is also another kitchenette, as well as a wet room and dog area so you can bring your pet to stay with you but keep the property clean. The property also boasts an upstairs balcony and private garden, free wifi access and parking. There are portable fans in every room. There are plenty of books to read and all linen and towels are provided, making this your perfect choice for holiday accommodation in the Jervis Bay area. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. In providing this service, we need to ensure that our pet friendly properties are maintained to a standard suitable for ALL guests.  If you are bringing your pet, a mandatory additional cleaning fee of $100 will be payable after you book through our guest portal Duve (you will receive details for this once you have confirmed your booking). We reserve the right to cancel your pet request (and offer a booking cancellation) should we deem your pet unsuitable to stay at a short-term listing. We also reserve the right to charge extra (up to an additional $100) for shedding pets to cover the cost of steam cleaning. Should you state your pet to be non-shedding and our cleaners report pet hair and we need to book steam cleaning, we reserve the right to use your security deposit to cover the additional costs of steam cleaning. Even though the property is listed as pet friendly, we expect you ensure you treat our property with respect for the owners and other guests, and pets are kept off furniture and bedding and are cleaned up after. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available.
