Private parking (€15 per per) The space My house is located in the ground floor of a new and modern beachfront building. It has a spacious living room, a terrace with stunning ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and an adjacent bathroom. The living room also offers a spacious drop-down bed (135x190 cm), a large flat screen TV, a DVD player with a small collection of movies, and a table with chairs. A sliding glass door gives access to the private terrace, with an amazing ocean views, a table with chairs, and two amacas to enjoy the views. This is the ideal space to be able to eat alfresco (possibly year-round), savor a glass of Valencian wine wine or just rest after a day at the beach. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you might need to prepare a meal: cookware, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. I also provide some cooking basics like sugar, salt, oil, detergent, and a few others to avoid the awkward purchase of all of them. In the bedroom there is a comfortable king size bed (150x190cm) to ensure a good night's rest, a TV and closet with enough space for your clothes. The bathroom, next to the room, has a bathtub shower and a washing machine. I provide complimentary bath amenities like a hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. Clean Linens and Shower Towels are also provided. Towels are provided for exclusive use inside the apartment, if you plan to go to the beach, please bring your own towels. The internet connection will allow you to stay connected with yours at all times and even do some work if needed. If you need a travel crib for your baby, don't hesitate to ask (it has an extra charge of €40 per stay).
