Beautifully finished federation style home with all modern conveniences. Right in town, 2 blocks from the lake & 5 blocks from the shops. Enjoy your time in country Victoria by the pool or in the BBQ area & retreat inside when it gets too hot to a fully air-conditioned house with ceiling fans & bay windows (for a good read). In winter there is ducted heating throughout & an open gas fireplace in the lounge. The house has 3 large bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The space The house has plenty of room to stretch out in & relax. The upstairs main bedroom has it's own air-conditioner & can be fully darkened. The two downstairs bedrooms have blinds but also beauitful leadlight upper windows that do not have curtains. They cannot be fully darkened & still allow light in in the evenings & the early morning. Children or light sleepers may find this difficult. Guest access There is a hidden key safe for access & details will be sent a few days out from the start of the booking.
