Gîte La Lisière, in Brocéliande

La Lisère offers you a charming accommodation in the middle of Brittany, on the edge of the legendary forest of Brocéliande, with all amenities nearby. Old village house located in the small peaceful village of Néant-sur-Yvel, overlooking a small enclosed garden at the back, flowered by the former owners, it can accommodate 4 people. In the summer, with its 3 or 4 beds and sofa bed, it is also a pleasant pied-à-terre for 5 or 6 people. The space To you, walking, cycling, discovering the Arthurian legend, the picturesque and must-see sites of the surroundings, quiet rest, the pleasures of the forest, day trips to the Atlantic or Manche coast, Rennes, Vannes, Vannes, Saint-Malo, Dinan... or the heart of the Argoat. This house has been in our life for a few years, but we've been waiting for it for over twenty years. We are delighted to welcome you there and offer to come and test “the Nil effect”:) Enjoy your stay, have a good holiday! Semi-detached house of 84 m², La Lisière offers a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, two bedrooms upstairs overlooking an antechamber equipped with a sofa bed, a bathroom. A reading nook awaits you with a library. Other information: Garden: tables and seats, sunbeds, barbecue, games. Garage and bicycles on request. You also have access to the laundry room of the house (washing machine, dryer, etc.). Sustainable development: a Berkey water fountain, sorting bins and a composter are available. Soon, the neighboring cottage L’Esplumoir can be rented with La Lisière, offering two additional bedrooms, as well as a library desk. Our four-legged friends are welcome, respecting the rules of the house (consult us beforehand). Outside of heating periods, advise us if you want to enjoy a fireplace (€10). Remember to bring towels, fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases: double bed & sofa bed 140 x 190 (duvet 220 x 240), twin beds 90 x 190 or king size 180 x 190, rollaway bed 120 x 180… Indeed, bed linen and towels are not provided; but we can provide it on request (24€/double bed; 12€/child bed) and prepare your beds for your arrival. Other things to note July-August: 6 nights minimum (unless last-minute availability). Long stays possible. "Daily cleaning" must be done before your departure.
