La Pampa, Les gîtes de La Pellerie – 2 pools & spa

The gîtes of La Pellerie: the "La Pampa" gîte is located on the first floor of a barn in a 19th century farmhouse. Entrance into living room overlooking countryside, then upstairs: kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet. In the park: portico, slide, petanque court, shared Jacuzzi only for the 2 4-person cottages and the 2 pools of the property are shared. The outdoor pool is accessible in season We offer 3 independent cottages. On request: sheet/towel rental The space Entry is through the living room through the bay window. On the ground floor, the living room is composed of 2 sofas, coffee table and TV. Upstairs: the kitchen is fitted and equipped (oven, refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine...) 1 small double bedroom with 160 X 200 bed 1 small bedroom with 2 beds of 90 X 190, dresser and clothes rack 1 bathroom with shower and double sink 1 separate toilet Guest access The "La Pampa" cottage is independent, its entrance is in the gable of the barn, it overlooks the park on the south side. The other cottage "Le Praz" in the same building faces west. The large cottage (Le Golden) for 12 people is in another barn, with an east-facing terrace. The pools are shared and accessible by all occupants of the cottages, the Jacuzzi for 2 people is shared with the other cottage for 4 people. Other things to note Please note, sheets and towels are not provided. But rental is possible: sheets and/or towels - linen for the 3 beds €20, or beds made on arrival for €30 - towels €5/person Access to the property's indoor pool is from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and the outdoor pool is accessible and heated from the end of May until the end of August, from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. depending on the weather: do not hesitate to ask us for details before booking. Access to the spa all year round at the times indicated (professional Jacuzzi for 2 people) We require the signing of a liability and good practices release for use.
