House is located in the old town district just 4min walk distance to Évora main square the Giraldo square, 7min distance to the Cathedral and similar distance to all of Évora main attractions and restaurants The house has 3 floors with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: Ground floor with a suite with a bathroom with shower; 1º floor with a room, bathroom with shower and a small living room; 2º floor with kitchen, living/dining room and terrace Air Conditioned The space Cosy house in the old town well equipped to make your stay more relaxed and pleasant. Has a terrace on the top floor perfect for outside breakfast or a sunset dinner. All house has a strong Wifi coverage and both bedrooms have Smart TVs with more than 100 internacional channels. TVs have connection with Netflix Kitchen equipped with micro-wave, dish-washer, stove and oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster and boiler. Ar Conditioner at 1st floor room the 2nd floor in the living room. Ground floor is cooler does not need one. Guest access We rent the all house so guest can enjoy full privacy. Other things to note The house has stairs and so not recommended to guest with difficulties. Check-in after 3pm an Check-out after 12pm. If we have no guest the day before or after is possible to have a early check-in ou a late check-out. Parking It is possible to unload the car in front of the house. If the places are taken, at 100m there are car parking with meter which are free Saturdays afternoon and Sundays.
