With a view of the historic San Vittore Church nestled in the charming alleys of Cannobio’s old town, our modern “Appartamento Vittore” awaits you. A small balcony facing the old town and the lake invites you to watch the lively street life below. The private rooftop terrace offers a sheltered outdoor area with garden furniture, a sun umbrella and an electric grill, as well as a beautiful view of the church and the rooftops of Cannobio – ideal for relaxed mornings or warm summer evenings. The space In the large master bedroom with a balcony, you’ll find a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) as well as an additional guest bed (0.80 × 1.90 m). The second bedroom features a double bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), an additional sleeper chair that can be converted into a guest bed, and a TV. From the dining room and kitchen, a large skylight offers a wonderful view of the Campanile e Tetto bell tower of the San Vittore Church. The living room includes a comfortable, spacious sofa and a large smart TV. Guest access In addition to the living and sleeping areas, there is a small utility room with a washing machine. On the rooftop terrace, there is also a separate storage room for the garden furniture cushions, the sun loungers and the sun umbrella. Other things to note • Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited throughout the apartment. • Pets are allowed (up to 2 dogs). A fee of €5 per dog per day applies (payable on site or in advance by bank transfer). • Climbing onto the roofs is not permitted. • Children are very welcome. Parents are responsible for their children. • Children under 2 stay for free. A highchair or baby cot must be brought along. Please note: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and carrying a stroller up the staircase can be a bit challenging. • Books and games are available free of charge. Books may be taken home if you like them; please leave another book in exchange. • Please clean the electric grill on the rooftop terrace thoroughly after use. The same applies to the raclette and fondue sets. • Please store the sun umbrella and the garden furniture cushions in the designated storage room under the roof after use. • The apartment is managed on site by the RE/MAX office (same building, rear side), responsible for key handover, cleaning and guest support. • The municipality of Cannobio charges a tourist tax of €1 per person per day, payable on site. • Towels and bed linen can be brought along or added for €15 per person per stay.
