Beachfront House with Stunning Sea Views & Parking

The Sundial is a beautiful iconic Grade II Listed Arts and Crafts house that sleeps 9 and is situated on the seafront in Lyme Regis overlooking the Cobb and harbour with stunning panoramic views across Lyme Bay taking in Golden Cap and Portland. We offer a complimentary car parking permit for Woodmead car park, which is a long stay public car park, a short walk from Sundial. The space On the ground floor is the living room with television and DVD player. There is also a bathroom and access to outside space. The first floor has the kitchen and dining room with fine sea views of the Jurassic coast. The second floor has three bedrooms. THe double bedroom has the sea views while at the back of the house the other two adjoining rooms have a single bed in one and bunk beds in the other. Access to the garden is from here. The third floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger double has sea views while the other double is accessed via the bathroom and looks out onto the garden. Access to Sundial House is via a key safe that is located on the wall next to the front door. The key code changes regularly and will be sent prior to guests arrival. A long stay public car park is a short walk from Sundial and costs about £10 per day (as at Jul 2022). Guest access There is a key safe allowing for access at anytime.
