Our namesake, the Silver Maple, is native to Upstate New York and prevalent in the forest surrounding our property. During frostier months, sit by the fire in our Great Room, borrow one of our hand-selected tomes to read, or play a game with friends at a French Patisserie table. Designed with our guests in mind, our Great Room offers several types of comfortable seating and is surrounded by windows overlooking our beautiful grounds. Other things to note A complimentary continental breakfast of fresh, local baked goods, fruit, and coffee is served daily from 8am-9:30am in the Great Room. You can also opt for our daily hot breakfast which varies from quiches to pancakes, depending on the availability of local ingredients and our Innkeeper's whims.
