Part of sofas with low tables, another part with dining tables and chairs, and another bar area with stools, foosball, and electronic darts target. The kitchen is also located on this floor. It is the industrial kitchen, so it is fully designed and equipped with industrial machinery, very comfortable and ideal for serving a large group of guests. There are also two toilets located between the living room and the bar area. If you rent the entire house you have access to the entire house without restrictions, that is, you can use the kitchen, the living rooms, the pool and the gardens. Other things to note In our houses, any type of event can be held, but before booking, you should check the terms. It is totally forbidden to make a scandal and play music from 12 at night until 8 in the morning. This does not mean that you can't stay all night for a meeting or party, but respecting the neighbors' rest. The rest of the day you can play moderate music, as our houses are located in a valley, and you can hear everything. We want the coexistence between tenants and the environment to be as healthy as possible.
